Saturday 22nd March saw the Rossendale Community First Responders having a lovely day at Olive Branch Fostering in Rawtenstall. We were able to interact with foster families from around the region, showing the children the kit we carry and giving them the opportunity to practice CPR on our Annie. They were fascinated by the Defibrillator! And they loved our interactive Ambulance tour!

We were also delighted to meet their visitor to the event, Cameroonian-born Cindy Ngamba, who talked to the families about her journey to achieve her honour to represent the Refugee Team at the 2024 Olympics in Paris and she brought the Bronze medal she won for boxing!
