You may have heard it on the radio or you may have heard about it through social medial – but we are we are holding two community CPR & AED training sessions on Tuesday 24th March at 11am and another on Wednesday 15th April, at the Whitewell Bottom Community Centre.
The session is open to anyone but, you will need to book (and will need a minimum of 8 for the sessions to go ahead – so booking your place is essential).
This will be a 2 hour session where the Rossendale First Responders will provide CPR training and practical tips on how you could save a life, additionally as part of the session familiarisation on using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). We’ll smash some of the myths you mat have heard and show you how these amazing machines along with good CPR could give someone there life back.
Sessions are run by the Rossendale First Responders in partnership with Community Defibrillators for Rossendale. Rossendale First Responders have first hand experience at carrying out CPR and deploying AED in life critical situations.
