We’re on a mission to get as many people across the valley trained in CPR & AED use as possible in 2026 — and this is your chance to be part of it.
That’s why we’ve released even more dates for our Summer of CPR, with sessions happening right across the valley. From Rising Bridge to Whitworth, there will be an event near you in the coming months — and it wouldn’t be complete without you there.
At our welcoming, hands-on sessions, you’ll learn everything you need to step in with confidence when it matters most. We’ll guide you through:
- What a cardiac arrest is
- What to do in those critical first moments
- Calling 999 and assessing the patient
- How to perform CPR effectively
- How to locate and use an AED
- What to do until emergency services arrive
- And even what happens after the ambulance gets there
In just two hours (approximately), you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to act quickly and decisively — because when every second counts, you could make all the difference.
And there is no charge to you for the session, its FREE!!
